Itinéraires #5 - Hadrien Marchand
Today we take you on the 5th itinerary of this season, and it's Hadrien Marchandfounder of Maecia and Intranet Inside.
All roads lead to entrepreneurship, and Hadrien is a perfect example. Brought up in a culture of hard work and effort, Hadrien only discovered the concept of entrepreneurship during his higher education studies, when he supplemented his odd jobs with a first project in computer troubleshooting and support, which went on to become one of the first in France to obtain the "Service à la personne" accreditation.
This project gave him a taste for entrepreneurship, and clearly shaped the rest of his career, as he went on to found Maecia, a digital agency dedicated to responsible digital transformation, and Intranet Inside, a turnkey corporate intranet solution.
Hadrien returns with us during this episode on :
-
How his family environment cultivated his culture of work and effort
-
His first entrepreneurial steps during his studies and their impact on his management of Maecia today
-
The stages in Maecia's creation and its choice of a service rather than a product

Entrepreneurship is an endurance project for me.
A new episode of Itinéraires and a new answer to the question we'll be exploring together until the end of 2024: how do you become an entrepreneur?
Our exchange with Hadrien can be found here and on all good listening platforms.
Happy listening, and see you on November 22 for a fourth episode with Stéphane Azamar-Krier.
