Itinéraires #16 - Alexandre Louisy (Upflow)
This week, Itinéraires takes you to meetAlexandre Louisy, co-founder ofUpflow.
Born into a family of entrepreneurs, Alexandre followed a demanding academic path before breaking into investment banking and then telecoms. In 2018, he decided to take the entrepreneurial plunge by joining the Hexa studio and co-founding Upflow, a start-up aiming to dust off B2B payment management.
In 2020, in a rapidly changing global context, Upflow pivots and opens the doors to the US market by joining Y Combinator, one of tech's most emblematic gas pedals.
In this episode, Alexandre shares :
- from the world of finance to that of entrepreneurship,
- his vision of the role of start-ups in the French economy,
- the adventure and challenges of international expansion,
- his very "nautical" conception of leadership.

Entrepreneurship is more of a vocation than a job.
A new episode that takes a candid look at the big question: how do you become an entrepreneur?
Our exchange with Alexandre can be found here and on all good listening platforms.
Enjoy your listening, and tune in on May 16 for the first episode of season 3 of Itinéraires with Alexis Bidinot !
