Itinéraires #12 - Camille Gabbi (Imparfaite)
This week, Itinéraires takes you to meet Camille Gabbico-founder ofImparfaite.
After starting her career with a major cosmetics group, Camille realized that, despite her rewarding work environment, she longed for more freedom. The opportunity presented itself in the form of a coaching program, a real wake-up call that led her to take the plunge into entrepreneurship.
In 2017, with her friend Ariane de Béchade, she co-founded Imparfaitea vintage clothing marketplace that defends more responsible, accessible and simple fashion in the face of the excesses of fast-fashion.
Camille and I will be talking specifically about :
- The resilience and determination essential for entrepreneurs
- His entrepreneurial drive to leave a legacy
- The importance of human exchanges and a solid circle of trust
- The need for the entrepreneur to distinguish himself from his company.

I do it for personal fulfillment, to feel like I'm accomplishing something.
An episode rich in convictions which, once again, sheds new light on this big question: how does one become an entrepreneur?
Our exchange with Hervé can be found here and on all good listening platforms.
Happy listening, and see you on March 21 for a new episode of Itinéraire with Romain Libeau!
